Job summary

Children Making Strides is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise therapy programs, and collaborate with parents and professionals to ensure consistent progress.

The role requires BCaBA certification, strong ABA knowledge, experience with autism, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
