Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in the United States is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee RBTs in daily ABA plan delivery. You will work alongside BCBA supervisors and other licensed staff to ensure high-quality patient care across our pediatric clinics.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Background check required.

About The Job

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA.)
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
