Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee clinic-based RBTs delivering ABA plans of care and to work closely with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

The role requires a BCaBA certification, strong assessment and documentation skills, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year ABA program supervision experience with RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans of care; collaborate with BCBAs and licensed professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in patient assessments as part of the ABA program.

About The Job

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA.)
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
