Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee clinic-based RBTs delivering Applied Behavior Analysis plans of care. The role works with BCBAs and other licensed professionals to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a BCaBA certification, can supervise RBTs, and has strong skills in assessment, management, and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required from BACB.
• Background check required.
• At least one year ABA program experience with supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

About The Job

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA.)
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
