Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs in delivering ABA plans of care within our pediatric clinics.

You will work with BCBA supervisors and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant ABA services and patient-centered care for our families. A background check is required and BACB BCaBA certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care and collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

About The Job

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA.)
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
