Job summary

Compleat KiDZ, a pediatric clinic network in North Carolina, is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs in the daily execution of ABA plans. You will oversee assessments, data collection, and ensure quality service delivery within the clinic setting.

You will work alongside BCBAs and other licensed professionals to support the Compleat KiDZ team, contribute to program development, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace for our staff and

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a BCaBA.
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to RBTs in daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

About The Job

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
