Compleat KiDZ seeks a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide oversight of our clinic-based RBTs and collaborate with BCBAs and licensed professionals on ABA plans of care.
Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting patient assessments, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. A BACB BCaBA certification and at least one year of supervised ABA experience are required.

The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
