Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience on FAA, DOT, NAS, DoD, or similar federal programs.
• Familiarity with FAA organizations, modernization environments, and NAS operations.
• Experience in stakeholder-facing roles requiring relationship management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to translate complex technical and programmatic issues into clear comms for varied audiences.
• Proven track record facilitating alignment where formal authority is limited.
• Strong organizational discipline managing multiple issue threads and action items.

Responsibilities

• Translate developments into concise, decision-useful communication for executives and audiences.
• Navigate FAA organizational dynamics and modernization challenges.
• Serve as a primary liaison across FAA program offices, ATO, field stakeholders, and Peraton leadership.
• Triage relationship issues and coordination gaps before they impact execution.
• Coordinate across FAA and Peraton where responsibilities and timelines are unclear.
• Identify gaps that cause field confusion and work to address them early.
• Facilitate working sessions, issue reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support site visits, implementation planning, and readiness communications.
• Track concerns and commitments across threads and ensure follow-through to closure.
• Prepare executive summaries, stakeholder briefings, and engagement materials.
