South Bay BMW is looking for a Product Specialist BMW to energize and inform customers about BMW, MINI, and Volvo vehicles. You will guide clients through features and technologies, delivering exceptional service and building brand loyalty in a fast-paced showroom environment.

The role requires strong communication, product expertise, and the ability to conduct engaging demonstrations, including off-site deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility for California Occupational Sales License.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide showroom clients with detailed information on vehicle features.
• Demonstrate expertise in vehicle systems and technology for customer queries.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, tech advancements and industry trends.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery experiences, including off-site deliveries.
