Job summary

Hendrick BMW CPO Facility in Charlotte, NC seeks a driven automotive sales professional to meet dealership goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include quoting prices, completing sales paperwork, arranging delivery/registration, and maintaining CSI.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• High School Diploma required.
• Automotive knowledge or experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn web applications for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles.
• Suggests optional equipment for customers.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax and discounts.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and prepares contracts.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Researches model availability and engages in business development.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Adheres to safety rules and company policies.
