BMW of Salem, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking BMW Certified Technicians (Level 1–Master) for a high-volume service department in Salem, Oregon. The position offers a $32.00 to $45.00 flat rate depending on experience, plus production bonuses, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and onsite work.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on BMW vehicles using BMW diagnostic equipment, documenting repairs and collaborating with service advisors to

Formación

• BMW Certification (Level 1, 2, 3, or Master Technician preferred).
• 2+ years of working in a dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, and drivability skills.
• ASE certifications are ideal but not required.
