Tom Bush BMW Orange Park is seeking a Client Advisor to be the primary contact for BMW customers in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide sales support and deliver a personalized experience, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and strong relationship-building.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate vehicles, and collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth sales process, maintaining records and pursuing repeat business.

Qualifications

• Must have prior automotive sales or related experience.
• Luxury/high-line automotive experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including Saturdays.
• Genuine passion for the BMW brand and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and guide vehicle selection and purchase.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and support staff for a smooth sales experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through selecting and purchasing BMW vehicles.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and test drives to highlight the features and benefits of BMW models.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to deliver a smooth and efficient sales experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation while following dealership policies.
• Prospect and follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and other dealership technologies.
• Meet and interact with customers at the dealership or during service visits.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of BMW vehicles and their technologies.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations that effectively highlight the advanced vehicle technology, key features, and unique benefits of each model.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Highly detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have previous experience in automotive sales or sales related experience, luxury/high‑line automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays, as required.
• A genuine passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• A personable and approachable individual who connects easily with others.
• Skilled in creating and uploading engaging videos to social media platforms.
