Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the service department. You will guide customers through maintenance and repair processes, ensuring a seamless, informative, and efficient experience.

This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, schedule appointments, explain services and pricing, and maintain records.
