Job summary

Tom Bush BMW Orange Park is seeking a Service Valet to warmly greet customers, move and park vehicles, and keep the service drive tidy. This outdoor role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and friendly service as part of a flagship Jacksonville dealership.

You will report to the Service Manager, participate in flow management, and contribute to an 8-year award-winning workplace culture with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
• Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a strong capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Safely drive and park customer and dealership vehicles.
• Assist with service drive flow and vehicle organization.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to moving them.
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas.
• Shuttle customers when needed.
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures.

The Valet Driver plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression by greeting customers, moving vehicles safely, and assisting with service lane operations.
