Job summary

BMW of Tenafly is looking for a personable, knowledgeable BMW Genius / Product Specialist to create an exceptional customer experience and help guests get the most from their new BMW.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate features, and educate on technology while delivering superior service from showroom to delivery in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers throughout showroom and delivery process.
• Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality.
• Conduct new vehicle orientations and product demonstrations.
• Assist Sales Consultants with product knowledge and customer questions.
• Build strong relationships and provide a personalized experience.
• Stay up to date on BMW models, technology, and features.
• Deliver a high level of customer service from showroom through delivery.

Founded in 1967, Keeler launched as a small Mercedes-Benz dealership with only SIX employees. Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department. Even with all this growth, over 50 years later, we are still a family owned and operated business that has kept its core values right from the start.

Schedule: Full-Time • Includes Saturdays
Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually
