Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job.Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles.Competencies and QualificationsHigh School DiplomaValid Driver’s license1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferredCan adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindsetAct as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancementPossesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.Must be able to lift 50 pounds
