Job summary

Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA is seeking a BMW Concierge Genius for the Service Drive. You will assist clients with questions and BMW technology, provide personalized service, and coordinate follow-ups with the Service Advisors.

This full-time, hourly role reports to the Service Manager and requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Armenian language preferred but not required.
• Dealership experience as a Sales or Service Porter.
• Technology-savvy and familiar with BMW technology.
• Detail-oriented and attentive to customers' needs.
• Ability to engage in conversation and personalize interactions.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Minimum 3 years with a US driver’s license with no points on record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge and welcome visitors entering the Service drive with enthusiasm and train for premium customer experience.
• Personalize all clients’ Dealership experience and ensure proper next steps and expectations.
• Use available technology to maintain contacts and records.
• Train for the BMW Genius Certification and complete quarterly trainings.
• Understand service process basics and proper hand-offs to sub-departments.
• Handle customer challenges with tact and patience.
• Be proactive and assist customers wherever needed.
• Assist Service Advisors with follow-up calls and appointment confirmations.
• Assist with moving vehicles and scanning the lot as needed.
• Thank clients exiting the service drive and gather feedback.

BMW Concierge - Service Drive Genius

Regular Full-Time Service, Glendale, CA, US

Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Pacific BMW is hiring a BMW Concierge Genius for the Service Department, responsible for assisting clients with their questions and technology needs regarding their BMWs' updates and knowledge. This position reports to Edgar Oganesyan, Service Manager. The Service Department's hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am- 6 pm & Saturday from 8 am- 4 pm. T his is a full-time position, paid hourly, starting at $20.

Job Duties

• Proactively acknowledge and welcome visitors entering the Service drive with enthusiasm following the premium customer experience training
• Personalize all clients’ Dealership experience and ensure they are given proper next steps and expectations
• Use all available technology, including mobile applications and computer software, to maintain contacts
• Train for the BMW Genius Certification and maintain quarterly training courses and assessment completion
• Understand the basics of the service process and familiarize with all sub-department roles to properly hand-off customers
• Manage customer challenges that arise with tact and patience
• Be actively aware of your surroundings; be proactive and help customers wherever is needed
• Assist the Service Advisors team with making next-day follow-up phone calls and appointment confirmation calls
• Assist with moving vehicles and scanning the lot for help as needed
• Thank clients as they exit the service drive and inquire about their visit’s satisfaction

Physical Requirements

• Surroundings: position requires standing for long periods of time in an air-conditioned office, and spending some time outdoors exposed to the weather and elements
