Our Chapman BMW Chandler team is currently seeking a BMW Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and a seamless purchasing process for BMW customers. Responsibilities

Greet clients and identify needs to recommend suitable BMW vehicles
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany clients on test drives
Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and the purchase process
Stay current on BMW inventory, features, and automotive technology
Negotiate deals and assist with sales and financing paperwork
Deliver vehicles and ensure a high-quality customer experience
Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Generate leads through networking and business development activitiesMaintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow‑up activity

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience required
Luxury/high-line experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a client‑first mindset
Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Tech‑savvy with ability to learn dealership systems and evolving vehicle technology

Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
