Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Service Consultant experience with a luxury automotive brand.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Professional and presentable appearance while representing the company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet performance goals.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service drive, confirm scheduled services, and document vehicle concerns
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service process
Explain maintenance needs and technician recommendations in a clear, professional manner
