Job summary

Open Road Auto Group is seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. You will be responsible for providing excellent service throughout the car-buying journey, showcasing vehicles and explaining features and warranties, and guiding customers through test drives.

You will answer questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes, qualify buyers by understanding their needs, and stay current on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable about all vehicles offered.
