Job summary

Tulley Automotive Group in Nashua, NH is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to act as the liaison between the Service Department and customers. The role focuses on scheduling service appointments while supporting data entry, filing, and loaner car handling.

The position is full-time with set hours Tuesday through Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, offering competitive pay and a range of benefits through Tulley Advantage.

Appointment Coordinator’s act as the liaison between the Service Department and its’ customers. The position is mainly focused on scheduling service appointments while also supporting other department activities such as data entry, filing, handling of loaner cars, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers;
• Answers incoming calls and internet leads;
• Advises appropriate services needed for clients car;
• Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions;
• Assists Service Advisors as needed with tasks;
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
