Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to serve as Team Lead for the Bone Marrow Transplant program. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and clinical oversight in a high-acuity cellular therapy setting.

The position requires NP/PA licensure in Missouri, at least two years' BMT experience, and familiarity with malignant hematologic conditions. Work includes a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities with 14 APPs under

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' current experience as an NP or PA in BMT.
• Experience caring for patients with malignant hematologic conditions.
• Experience with cellular therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Missouri NP/RN or PA licensure or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BMT APP team (approximately 14 members).
• Balance clinical duties with dedicated administrative time.
• Perform procedures: Bone marrow biopsies and stem cell transplants.
• Collaborate with SLUCare and SSM Health teams to advance patient care.
