SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital seeks a Nurse Practitioner to lead the Bone Marrow Transplant team. The role blends enhanced clinical responsibilities with administrative leadership to support cellular therapies and transplant care in a high-acuity setting.

The position offers a 0.75 clinical and 0.25 administrative split, four 10-hour shifts weekly, and weekend/holiday rotation. Board certification in a hematology/oncology-focused NP role is preferred, with Missouri licensure

Qualifications

• Experience caring for patients with malignant hematologic conditions.
• Leadership or management experience within hematology/oncology.
• Experience with cellular therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Missouri NP/RN licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provides medical interventions for acute, chronic, and resolving patient conditions; telemedicine when applicable.
• Performs procedures per policy, including informed consent and universal protocol.
• Assesses patients, takes histories, conducts exams, prescribes medications.
• Develops treatment plans and educates patients and families.
• Provides clinical leadership to the BMT team; manages scheduling and staffing.
