Job summary

SSM Health is looking for a clinical Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Bone Marrow Transplant division. This role primarily involves inpatient care with some outpatient duties, working four 10-hour shifts weekly from 7 AM to 5 PM, and participating in procedures like bone marrow biopsies.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, with experience in oncology preferred. Excellent benefits package available, starting within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program required.
• Experience in oncology preferred for new graduates.
• Must hold a current PA/NP license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care with a focus on oncology.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell transplants.
• Work a schedule of four 10-hour days from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program

PA with rotation(s) in oncology or NP with RN experience in oncology

Current PA/NP licensure in State of Missouri

Position Details

• Predominantly Inpatient with some Outpatient responsibilities
• Schedule: Four 10‑hour days/week, 7a‑5p
• Weekends 1:4 (Saturday and Sunday)
• NO nights
• Procedures including bone marrow biopsies and stem cell transplants

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• A new graduate PA with rotation(s) in oncology will be reviewed as well as an NP with RN experience in oncology
• Current PA/NP licensure in State of Missouri
