Qualifications
- Experience caring for patients with malignant hematologic conditions.
- Documented leadership or management experience within hematology/oncology.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Missouri NP/RN or PA licensure.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates medical interventions in response to patient conditions.
- Performs acute and/or routine procedures per policy.
- Assesses patients presenting for health events and records information.
- Plans patient care based on clinical decisions and professional judgment.
- Provides clinical leadership to the assigned team.
- Manages APP scheduling and staffing as needed.
