Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Nursing professional to coordinate all aspects of patient care for bone marrow transplant patients. You will collaborate with the transplant physician and interdisciplinary team to maintain accurate records and reports for the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.

The role requires a BSN and at least 2 years RN experience, with chemotherapy and biotherapy certifications due within 3 months of hire and ONCC certification after required hours.

Qualifications

• BSN required to apply.
• Specialty Nursing Training completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care for bone marrow transplant patients with the transplant team.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and reports to the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.
• Oversee quality management and ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members; participate in performance management.
• Advise on budgetary needs for the transplant program and interact with insurers for patient advocacy.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
