Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager for the BMT Infusion program. This onsite role supports daily patient care operations, resource planning, and staff leadership in a fast paced hematology/oncology setting.

You will supervise a team of 13–16, partner with the Clinical Operations Director, and drive initiatives that improve quality, safety, and efficiency while upholding IU Health values.

• Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
