Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
• If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusion centers onsite (Methodist, East, Fishers) and Goodman Hall Infusion Center and MMP Eagle Highlands/North.
• Lead an inter-professional team to achieve quality, safety and patient experience goals.
• Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit and role-model evidence-based nursing practice.
