Job summary

UofL Health – Brown Cancer Center seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or Acute Care APRN) for its Blood Cancers, Cellular Therapeutics and Transplant program. You will work on a high-acuity 16-bed inpatient unit in an academic cancer center, staying current with evolving cancer treatments.

The role supports admissions, treatment plans, and symptom management; oncology/BMT experience is preferred, with KY/IN licensure and ACLS/BLS certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Oncologic clinical practice experience and knowledge preferred.
• BMT or transplant experience adds value.
• Academic environment familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of blood cancer patients.
• Manage admissions, prescriptions, tests, and survivorship planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and physicians.
