Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specs and sales proposals.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, participate in startup and commissioning tasks, and ensure systems meet design criteria. Travel up to 50% is required; salary ranges from $84,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of standard procedures and problem solving.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of BMS, commissioning and IT networking.

Responsibilities

Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
Program control applications using various software tools.
Site startup, commissioning and testing of control applications.
Ensure operation per project specs and design documentation.
Develop system graphics displays per specifications and sales proposals.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
Perform system evaluation, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
