Job summary

Mantis Innovation is seeking a BMS Service Project Manager to lead daily field operations for building automation systems in data centres and mission-critical environments. You’ll manage a team of BMS Service Technicians, coordinate dispatch, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery while collaborating with the Construction Manager on planning and client communication.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of BMS, BAS, HVAC controls, or building automation experience.
• 1–3 years leading technicians, crews, or field service ops.
• Experience creating and upholding Method of Procedures (MOPs).
• Experience coordinating service projects, work orders, schedules, and field resources.
• Advanced troubleshooting across controls systems, networks, integrations.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, healthcare, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of BMS Service Technicians across projects and sites.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation for service commitments.
• Monitor progress, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Support repairs, commissioning activities, upgrades, and corrective actions.
• Maintain project milestones, labour usage, and completion status.
• Escalate resource constraints and schedule risks to management.
