Job summary

Mantis Innovation seeks a BMS Service Project Manager to lead service operations for building automation systems, including coordination of technicians and project execution in data centers and critical facilities. You will drive safety, efficiency, and timely service delivery across sites nationwide.

The role requires 50%+ overnight travel, strong leadership, and hands-on troubleshooting of BMS hardware, software, and networks. Hybrid work setup with field deployments is expected.

Qualifications

4–7 years of BMS, BAS, HVAC controls, or building automation experience.
1–3 years leading technicians, crews, or field service operations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities of BMS Service Technicians across assigned service projects and customer sites.
Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to support service commitments.
Monitor progress, ensuring safety and quality in line with company standards.
Support execution of service projects, repairs, commissioning activities, and system upgrades.
Track milestones, labor utilization, and service completion status.
Escalate risks and customer-impacting issues to the Construction Manager.
