Job summary

Daedalus Industrial is seeking an Electrical Installation Project Manager to lead Building Management Systems projects at construction sites around Richmond, VA. You will act as the technical expert for BMS design, installation, and integration, coordinating teams and vendors.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on BMS and building controls experience, datacenter project exposure, strong leadership, and travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on BMS, building controls experience.
• Datacenter construction and design experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, access, and low voltage systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, commission, and troubleshoot BMS.
• Oversee low-voltage wiring, CAT6 and fiber installs.
• Lead project management tasks, ensuring scope, budget, schedule.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on sites.
