Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Low Voltage BMS Controls to lead building management systems projects across data centers. You will oversee design-to-construction activities, ensuring alignment with milestones, budgets, and safety requirements while coordinating with the Design and Construction Team and clients.

The role requires 7+ years in PM for BMS or data centers, a bachelor’s degree in CM/EE/related field, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, EE, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in BMS or data centers.
• 3+ years in mission-critical or data center industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage BMS projects from design to construction, meeting milestones and budgets.
• Develop scopes, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and implementation of BMS equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to maintain relationships.
