Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or Temperature Controls Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excell and Power Point.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with Consulting Engineers to develop control specifications and opportunities.
• Present tailored temperature control and energy solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to create proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to senior management.
• Conduct technical presentations with the Sales team to perspective clients and engineers.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Collaborate internally with Finance, Operations, Engineering and Service departments.
