The role leads the sales efforts for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Solutions (EMS), focusing on revenue growth, client relationships, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions. The candidate will develop strategic plans, engage new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and present tailored temperature control solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or Temperature Controls sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with Consulting Engineers to develop Control Specifications leading to opportunities.
• Present tailored temperature control and energy solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical Sales teams to create proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to senior management.
• Conduct technical presentations with the Sales team to prospective clients and contractors.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
