Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII seeks a BCM Engineer to drive firmware design, implementation, and validation for Baseboard Management Controller products. You will collaborate with EE, BIOS, PA, and FW teams to deliver robust BMC solutions for server hardware, addressing issues from pre- to post-release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EE, BIOS, PA, FW teams through development
• Design, develop, code, and debug BMC firmware for server hardware
• Diagnose and resolve firmware/hardware issues for customers and FAEs
• Study firmware specs and ensure reliability across platforms
• Conduct unit testing and work with QA to validate compatibility
• Provide expert technical support for BMC and hardware/firmware integrations
• Document design processes, firmware specs, and troubleshooting steps
