Job summary

Foxconn-Pce-Technology is seeking an AI Server / Rack BMC Engineer focused on L10/L11 execution to own firmware initialization, telemetry calibration, and remote monitor validation for fully integrated AI rack platforms. You will program, test, and debug BMC firmware to enable safe power-on and out-of-band diagnoses for 100kW+ rack infrastructure.

The role requires building expertise in OpenBMC or AMI Mega RAC-based firmware, Redfish API development, and cross-team collaboration with hardware,

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS or Electrical Engineering with embedded systems experience.
  • 1+ years of Embedded BMC firmware implementation and testing.
  • 1+ years of Hardware Sensor Bus Architecture & Communication.
  • 1+ years of Redfish API & Hyperscale Management Protocol customization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform BMC bring-up and validate out-of-band management functions (system monitoring, remote management, event logging, telemetry).
  • Configure and calibrate system sensors (temperature, voltage, current, fan, power).
  • Develop, validate Redfish API functionality for server management and telemetry.
  • Analyze BMC event logs and diagnostics to identify root causes and drive improvements.
  • Develop scripts/tools for BMC firmware flashing, configuration, and ECO-driven changes.
