Join a team collaborating with BIOS, Electrical, Systems, and Validation engineers to address platform issues, improve testing, and contribute to documentation and automation efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5-7 years of embedded firmware, BMC development, or related software engineering work.

• Develop and debug BMC firmware features that support system monitoring, control, health reporting, event logging, and remote management functionality.
• Support platform bring-up and firmware integration across hardware, BIOS, and system software interfaces.
• Analyze BMC-related defects, reproduce issues, gather debug data, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Summary

The BMC Developer is responsible for supporting the development, integration, and validation of Baseboard Management Controller firmware for server and platform products. Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Working knowledge of C/C++ and embedded development fundamentals.
• Experience with BMC stacks, system management protocols, or server hardware is required.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and platform management concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with ability to troubleshoot hardware/software interactions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and effective teamwork across engineering disciplines.
