• 6 months' work experience in healthcare or customer service.
• BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Transports patients by wheelchair, stretcher, bed or chair and non-patient moves to and from designated areas or departments. Follows safety protocols and uses proper body mechanics.
• Maintains accurate documentation and handoff with clinical staff; communicates with patient and care team; verifies patient identity.
• Complies with PPE guidelines and proper handling of patients.
• Maintains and sanitizes wheelschairs and stretchers; reports equipment malfunctions.
• Uses Electronic Medical Record system for safe and efficient transport of patients.
