HonorHealth is seeking a Patient Transporter for Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. This role transports patients and materials across hospital areas, maintains equipment, and complies with safety and care standards.

Requires BLS certification and high school level education; prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred. The position supports the Central Transportation Services team, with day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Competenze

Minimum high school level education required.
6 months healthcare and customer service experience preferred.
BLS certification required upon hire.

Mansioni

Transports patients by wheelchair, stretcher, bed or chair and non-patient moves.
Maintains accurate documentation and hands off to clinical staff.
Follows PPE guidelines and patient safety protocols.
Maintains and sanitizes wheelchairs and stretchers; reports equipment malfunctions.
Uses Electronic Medical Record systems for safe transport.
