Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. seeks a Blowmold Leadperson to set up and run blow mold equipment, supervise a small crew and drive safety and quality on a 12-hour night shift. You will troubleshoot, manage changeovers, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, label and material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-3 years of machine operator experience in food/beverage/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to lead a small team and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to achieve daily production objectives for safety, efficiency and quality.
• Operate blow mold facility equipment and perform changeovers to meet specs.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper material handling and inventory control.
• Collaborate with maintenance and transportation to optimize throughput.
