Job summary

G&J Pepsi in Columbus, OH is seeking a Blowmold Operator to support the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate blow molding machinery, manage labeling and packaging requirements, and ensure safe handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift certification, basic Word/Excel skills, and 1–3 years of machine operation experience in food or beverage manufacturing. High school diploma or GED is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years machine operator experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow mold equipment and devices per standards; ensures correct specs are set.
• Monitors label splicing and inventory; performs material checks.
• Performs quality checks and corrective actions for defects.
• Unloads incoming goods and loads finished products; maintains FIFO.
• Troubleshoots equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to safety rules.
• Supports cross-training and teamwork as needed.
• Communicates status of work and any issues to supervisor.
