Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in West Memphis is seeking a Blow Mold Production Lead to support the Manufacturing Shift Manager and lead day-to-day production activities.

You will train staff, manage setup and changeover, ensure QA through SAP records, and maintain safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of production experience, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office; weekend work and lifting of 25

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of production experience preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to lead peers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Conduct pre/post shift meetings with production teams.
• Verify processes and SAP/D4A data accuracy for production counts.
• Perform setup and changeovers on blow mold machinery.
• Oversee equipment operation and quality inspections to minimize downtime.
• Provide training to new associates and guide peers on the line.
• Remain compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
