• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment on a 12-hour day shift (A Shift, 2,2,3 schedule).
• Perform adjustments, minor repairs and basic line changes to maintain safety and quality.
• Complete documentation accurately and communicate with shift supervision.
• Support other Operators and maintenance as needed and participate in quality initiatives.
