Job summary

Greif is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to run a blow molding machine and produce high-quality plastic parts. You will monitor machines, inspect parts, log activity, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role includes a Day 1 health benefits start, a sign-on bonus after 90 days, and potential for pay increases after 90 days. High school diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors blow molding machines by pushing buttons.
• Removes plastic parts from machine by hand and may use steps to access platforms.
• Inspects parts for defects and ensures quality.
• Logs in/out of Shop Floor Monitoring System at shift start, breaks, and end.
• Packages production parts as shown in work instructions.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety regulations.
