Shift options include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with competitive starting pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Basic math skills and comfort with reading gauges.
  • Basic computer skills for production records.

Responsibilities

  • Operate blow molding, trimming, grinding, and conveyors safely.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform minor troubleshooting.
  • Complete changeovers, cleaning, and setup per instructions.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and document results.
  • Read gauges and machine controls to monitor production.
  • Report maintenance concerns and perform routine checks.
  • Maintain production records and safety/ GMP compliance.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when trained.
  • Follow safety protocols and keep work area organized.

Machine Operator
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $21.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $22.00/hour
Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality plastic packaging products. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude. Operators will be responsible for running blow molding equipment, monitoring production, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate blow molding, trimming, grinding, and conveyor equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Complete machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup following work instructions.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read gauges, meters, and machine controls to monitor production.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when trained and authorized.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Experience using hand tools and basic measuring devices preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery and varying temperatures.
