Job summary

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging, employing people across 40 countries. We operate a 3rd shift machine operator role (12:00am-8:20am) with starting pay of $17/hr plus $2 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with up to 2 years of experience, and the ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Ability to interpret job specs for production machinery.
• Willingness to learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors blow molding machines by pushing buttons.
• Removes plastic parts from machine and may use steps to enter machine.
• Inspects parts for defects and monitors quality.
• Logs in/out of the Shop Floor Monitoring System at shift start, breaks and end.
