Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for our Turners Falls, MA plant. You will operate blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines, execute quality checks, and support maintenance to ensure continuous line efficiency.

The role requires adherence to GMP guidelines, safe work practices, and accurate daily reporting. Training will be provided within 90 days of hire, with advancement opportunities in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper labeling/packaging.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintenance requests.
