Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding lines, perform routine maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance. You will monitor quality, safety, and line efficiency, with overtime possible due to production needs.

Ideal candidates have basic math and computer skills, blow mold experience, and are willing to complete Altium training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have basic mathematical skills and basic computer experience.
• Experience with blow molding processes is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET and injection molding equipment to produce bottles.
• Follow GMPs and maintain clean, safe work areas and proper PPE usage.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks and document production data and rejects.
• Escalate defects and bottling issues promptly to supervision.
